· Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 sec. 1 lit.c EU GDPR serves as the legal basis.
· If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and does not outweigh the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned, Article 6 (1) lit. f EU GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing. In this case, you have a right of objection under Article 21 EU GDPR.
Data erasure and storage time
Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage is omitted. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by statutory retention obligations to which our company is subject.
Provision of the website & software
Use of hosting service providers
Our website and software is hosted on the servers of a hosting service provider located in the EU on the basis of order processing in accordance with Article 28 EU GDPR. The hosting service provider may have access to personal data of our users within the scope of its services, in particular to technical data that accrues in the context of technical communication between you and our website (e.B. server log files). He may not use them for his own purposes. The collected data are used exclusively for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, safety and optimization of the offer. For security reasons, however, we reserve the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a legitimate suspicion of illegal use on the basis of concrete indications. This data will be deleted no later than 7 days. This survey is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. f EU GDPR.

The data provided by you will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, object to the storage or the purpose for the data storage is omitted (i.e. after your request has been processed), provided that this is not precluded by legal retention obligations.
Handling photo and video recordings
Insofar as you have given us your consent to the creation and publication of photo or video recordings of your person, this is done for the purpose of representing the company. The publication refers to our corporate communications in the press, on our website and on our company's own social media pages as well as in print media (flyers, brochures, etc.). A transfer takes place within the company, to commissioned print service providers and advertising agencies as well as to the publication on the Internet. Additional disclosure will not take place without your consent. Your data will be deleted after revocation of your consent.

Recruiting
The data submitted during the application process will be used for the purposes of application processing. The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 88 EU GDPR in the .m. Section 26 of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG). The data you provide will be accessed as part of the application process by HR personnel and the post named in the call for tenders. The parties have been expressly obliged to maintain confidentiality. Your data will be treated strictly confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties without your respective consent. The deletion of your application data takes place 180 days after filling the position. If you are also interested in future advertised positions, we need your written consent for the longer storage of your application documents. You can revoke this consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 sec. 3 EU GDPR to us for the future. To do this, please send an e-mail with a corresponding note to the contact address below.
If, in the context of the application process, special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9(1) EU GDPR are voluntarily communicated, their processing shall also be carried out in accordance with Article 9(2) lit.b EU GDPR.
Analysis Tools
The analysis measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Article 6(1) lit. f EU GDPR. With the use of these analysis measures, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of our website and software. Using the analysis tools, we pseudonymously record the use of our website and evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer.
Analytics IP address transmitted by your browser will not be merged with other data from Google.

Youtube Minors
In our online offer, we are generally aimed at persons of legal interest. Processing without the consent of the legal guardian is not permitted. We therefore reserve the right to delete all data relating to minors unless we have the consent of a legal guardian.

Upon written request, we will inform you in accordance with Article 15 EU GDPR in accordance with our legal obligation under Art. 12 EU GDPR whether and which personal data are processed or stored by you by us.
